A Weekly Nervous System Reset Through OSHO Dynamic Meditation

There is so much moving in the world right now.
So much grief.
So much anger.
So much uncertainty.

And many of us are walking around carrying it in our bodies.

You might feel:

  • Numb or disconnected

  • Overwhelmed and anxious

  • Irritable or rageful

  • Heavy, blue, or exhausted

  • Like you’re holding more than you can metabolize

This space exists so you don’t have to hold it alone.

What Is the Somatic Release Space?

The Somatic Release Space is a weekly virtual gathering where we move through the OSHO Dynamic Meditation together — a powerful 5-stage active meditation designed to help you:

• Release stuck emotional energy
• Regulate your nervous system
• Reconnect with your body
• Clear mental noise
• Build capacity to feel without becoming overwhelmed

This is not about “fixing” yourself.

This is about creating enough safety in the body for energy to move.

What Is OSHO Dynamic Meditation?

Developed by Osho, the Dynamic Meditation is a structured 5-phase practice designed for modern nervous systems — especially those carrying stress, grief, trauma, or suppressed emotion.

It includes:

Breathwork – activating and oxygenating the system

Emotional Expression – a safe container to release what’s been held

Mantra & Activation – awakening life force energy

Stillness – witnessing without reacting

Celebratory Movement – integration through embodied joy

This practice allows energy to move instead of staying trapped in the body

A Space to Feel Safe Enough to Move

This practice works best when you feel safe enough to let your body lead.

Each week, you’ll be invited to create a private space where you can move, emote, breathe loudly, cry, shake, or express — without worrying about being watched or interrupted.

Before each session, you’ll want:

A private room or contained space

 Comfortable clothing

A pillow (for emotional release or grounding)

A blindfold or eye mask (to go inward and reduce self-consciousness)

 Water nearby

This is your time.
Your body.
Your energy.

You are always in choice.
You can modify, slow down, or pause at any time.

Why This Matters

When emotion isn’t expressed, it doesn’t disappear.
It settles.

In the jaw.
In the chest.
In the gut.
In the nervous system.

Over time, that unprocessed energy can show up as:

  • Chronic tension

  • Anxiety

  • Shutdown

  • Irritability

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself

This space is here to gently interrupt that pattern.

You don’t need to talk about everything.
You don’t need to analyze it.
You don’t need to explain yourself.

You just need space to move.

This Space Is For You If:

  • You feel emotionally saturated by the state of the world

  •  You’re navigating grief or transition

  • You’ve been in therapy but still feel energy stuck in your body

  • You want to build more capacity to feel without shutting down

  • You crave embodied community, even virtually

No experience with meditation is required.

You don’t have to be “good” at this.
You just have to show up.

What Each Week Includes

  • Opening grounding + nervous system orientation

  • Full guided OSHO Dynamic Meditation (approx. 1 hour)

  • Integration + optional sharing

  • Tools for post-practice regulation

Each session is trauma-informed and guided with care.
You are always invited to move at your own pace.

Shanna Williams is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, Astrologer and Regenerative Farmer specializing in grief, nervous system regulation, and embodied emotional processing. After losing her father at sixteen and navigating a series of profound losses, her work was shaped by the understanding that grief is not something to fix — but something the body must be supported to move through.

Rooted in nervous system awareness and ecological principles, Shanna guides spaces where emotion is allowed, energy can shift, and the body feels safe enough to release. Her approach blends structure with permission — helping people reconnect to their aliveness without overwhelm.
